- **Anonymous**: "There was lots that we loved about this Airbnb. It had extra linens and towels, nice bathrooms, comfortable beds, a large kitchen fully stocked with everything you’d need for cooking. The location felt safe and was in walking distance to Village Market.
The biggest issue was the floors were absolutely filthy and the hot tub was a bit gross (oil and skin buildup on the edges). We were courteous guests and took our shoes off anytime we were in the unit. There’s clearly a lack of communication between management and cleaning crew. We asked management to resolve the floors during our stay and there was no resolution. I spent hours trying to get the stains/dirt out of our socks when I got home. Truly, the floors needed a deep clean. The noise from above was horrendous. TV did not work in one of the bedrooms. The fridge didn’t have a lightbulb replaced in it either. 
With a deeper clean and better responsiveness, I would stay here again." (6/5)
